From the Romanov era, of pink guilloche enamel, set with an oval-cut ruby, attached to a gold suspension ring.
Circa 1900, stamped 56 for the Russian gold standard of 14k.
5/8 in. (1.6 cm) long including suspension ring. Chain not included.
