Victorian Carved Coral Gold Earrings, circa 1870

Delightful pair of coral ear pendants from the mid-Victorian era in wonderful original condition, each designed as a polished oval dome surrounded by carved floral motifs and twisted ropework borders in a pale orange-pink coral. Discreet rose gold mounts are fitted to the back and suspend three additional coral drops by way of small gold hooks. Fitted with gold ear wires for pierced ears.

Circa 1870.

2 in. (5.1 cm) long from top of wire to the end of the central drop. Central drop measures 7/8 in. (2.2 cm); side drops: 5/8 in. (1.6 cm) each.
