Russian Miniature Brass Samovar Set, 20th Century

Of typical form in the Russian imperial style, a classic samovar set tooled in brass comprising a miniature brass samovar, drip bowl and tray. The samovar cylindrical with flared handles on a pedestal base, the front of lid stamped with three Russian seals, possibly from the town of Tula in Russia, the shaped tray with raised ledge, with circular drip bowl. Although fitted with an inner tube the set is purely decorative and not meant to be used to serve tea.

Tray: 8 1/8 x 6 in. (20.3 x 15.2 cm) (l x w)

Bowl: 1.5 x 3 in. (h x diam.) (3.8 x 7.6 cm)
