Rare Russian Gold Tassel Earrings, St. Petersburg, circa 1860
From the Romanov era period of Tsar Alexander II, each of tear drop shape suspending three small gold drops set with two green chrysophrases, the front applied with two matte gold flowers, and a polished gold egg shaped pendant, attached to earwires.
Stamped with Russian hallmarks for St. Petersburg, mid 19th century.
