Rare Russian enameled silver-gilt dip pen from the Romanov era, period of Tsar Nicholas II, of gilded silver with cloisonné enameled scrolling foliage within turquoise enameled beads, fitted with a period gold nib.

Moscow, 1908-17, hallmarked.
