Rare Russian 1778 Catherine the Great Coin Pendant

Of classic design, the copper 5 kopek coin with Cyrillic initials EP for Empress Catherine the Great (Ekaterina Pavlovna, r. 1762-96) and the date of 1778 on one side, the Romanov double-headed eagle on the reverse. Mounted in silver gilt.
