Delightful chirping chick in 18k gold with outstretched wings perched on a branch, the gold is beautifully textured to show its feathers and claws with a cabochon ruby as the eye, fitted with a double hinged clip and sliding sleeve, with London marks, retailed by famous British crown jewelers, Garrard and Company,

Stamped Garrard 750, London.

This bird pin was created for Garrard by London jeweler E Wolfe, a firm that was established in 1850 and known for their exceptional animal, insect and bird jewels.
